I am so excited you have committed to this transformative photoshoot!

The shoot will be in 3 parts:

MOVEMENT - here we will use movement to bring you down into your heart and your body. Don’t worry about how to pose or act in front of the camera, that’s my job and I will guide you using gentle prompts and casual conversation. 

EXPRESS - this part of the shoot we get into emotions and how we express them and I capture you as you show me what feelings look like to you, and all the in between moments that capture your candid smiles, mannerisms and laughs as we move through the emotions!

BODY - the final part of the shoot is a celebration of our bodies, where you decide if you want to show some skin. It can be as little or as much as you feel comfortable with.  This is not boudoir, not meant to be sexy, it is a physical representation of vulnerability and it’s here that we connect with why you chose to join me here today.

And breathe! There is no judgment here. Only love and appreciation of our gorgeous, perfectly imperfect selves.

MOVE - movement helps us get into our bodies and out of our heads. Depending on your child, we can move a little or a lot. 

FEEL - this part of the shoot we get into emotions and how we express them and I capture your child as they show me what feelings look like to them (sad, happy, suprised), and all the in between moments that capture their candid smiles, mannerisms and laughs!

FUN - the final part of the shoot is a time for laughing. Jokes, fill in the blanks and my cringeworthy gen-alpha speak for the older kids.
